B: Bariatric Advantage Meal replacement strawberry shake with skim milk instead of water. 35 grams of protein & tastes pretty good!
L: 2oz of peanut butter with 4 Ritz crackers & 2 slices of apple
Sn: Watermelon yogurt
S: Chili with lots of different types of beans!
Sn: Ham & cheese roll-up
I have done good so far, hopefully I will stick to my plan!
