My menu:

B: Leftover chicken
L: More cherries and beef jerky
D: Protein!

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Sn-pickle and a few corn nuts

L-Tomato soup and grilled cheese

Here's the plan, lets see if I stick to it....

B- hard boiled egg
Sn- bananna
L- Fresh Raspberries from garden. protein shake
Sn- apple
D- Steak & green beans from garden

4 c. Ameretto coffee
water, need to work on this

B: Bariatric Advantage Meal replacement strawberry shake with skim milk  instead of water. 35 grams of protein & tastes pretty good!

L: 2oz of peanut butter with 4 Ritz crackers & 2 slices of apple

Sn: Watermelon yogurt

S: Chili with lots of different types of beans!

Sn: Ham & cheese roll-up

I have done good so far, hopefully I will stick to my plan!
