It seems I have been MIA for a while. I started college full time and still workn' full time. I do not have any time for anything else. In fact I've been doing my Algebra homework ALL day today. Things are going ok. I'm still averaging my weight loss at about 1 pound per week. With the extra stress these days my band is pretty tight. I'm pretty picky about what I eat. I sure don't like the "stuck" feeling!! Another big event happened on July 20th, my son, daughter-in-law and grandson welcomed Karly Eileen into the world. She is a month early but is healthy and beautiful!

I welcome all those that are new to the boards, this is a great place for information and friendships! I've read quite a bit of posts from the past week or two and want to wish those that just had surgery a big congrats!! I will check in whenever I can.

Congratulations Grandma! That is wonderful, to hear Karly is doing well. You just keep your head up and try to steal a moment here and there for continued support. Full time work and school is tough, but so worth it in the end.
