MON: How are you moving?

Hey folks! I just left Seattle and will be making my way home. Yesterday I got a TON of walking in and today I am taking the day off.

How are you moving today?

I have no idea!

I'll probably go to the Y after work or take a long walk on the parkway.

Went for my 5K run this morning.....I don't think I'll ever be able to run more than a block, geesh.....

Chuck E CHeese....enough said lol.  Will do what I can to keep Jackson under control.  Then an afternoon of swimming with my Brother, SIL, niece, nefew and my nieces friend. 

Okay do I have to move?? lol
I am moving from the couch to the computer, to the bed, to the bathroom...that is it!! Oh I have to go to the doctor today, so I will be moving (on crutches of course) from my house to my truck, from the truck to the Dr office....you get the picture.

I don't think it would be a great time to weigh myself, for god sake I think the cast I have on probably weighs about 5 pounds!!!

Still working on my walking...somedays are better then others.

This weather isn't good for my Fibromyalgia or Arthritis. Lots of pain lately....hip area too....ugh!!
