Brand New here and wish to join this group

Hi,
I cant make this post all pretty as I have no idea how to use the icons and things yet.

I am hoping I can join this group.  I live in Hastings, MN and I was FINALLY (after 3 months) submitted to Medica yesterday afternoon thru St. Paul surgeons.  I dont have a date yet and not even sure if I qualify.  I guess this begins the wait.

I will read your posts tonight, hope I can join.  I sure hope I get approved....

Welcome to the Minnesota Board!  I'm glad you found us here!  I too am a St. Paul Surgeon's patient.  They are great people to work with!  Things will move pretty quickly now that you have been submitted to your insurance company.

Like Paul said, please join us at one of the coffee gatherings.  They are held each Saturday-if you watch the board starting on Thursday you will know where they are on any given weekend.

The board is a great place to come and learn, also to ask questions.  I wish I would have known about OH before I had surgery!

Uggggg I just move last Friday out of Hastings, but will still go there frequently as my brother lives there.  Where abouts do you live?  I used to live at Eagle pointe apts, down spiral blvd, near coborns.  We could get together for lunch one day.  Congrats on your journey.

Hello!  I think that those apts is where my 2 oldest girls live.  I used to have a townhome off of Rushmore Rd.  They built new apts there.  Is that the ones?

I hope to get my Medica answer this week.  Im not sure how long it takes, I was told up to 10 days.  Its been 3 months so far, whats another 10 days....lol

It is on spiral blvd and voyageur Pkwy...right across from all the town houses.  The have only been built for a year.  I was one of the first tennants.

Awwww thanks everybody!  I am SOOO excited!  I cant wait til I find out if I am approved.
