Lucy and I have vowed new vows this weekend. Not marriage, but to get back on track! I get to go to the University Gym for free so I am SO EXCITED!! I get to move a little more! I'm so ready to focus! This last 10 months has been an adjustment, but a great one. Now, to make another great adjustment.

I don't like milk or protein shakes so I try to find protein in my food and I think my meals above should equal close 80 grams of protein.

I get a hamberger (the regular one, not the huge ones with all the crud on em) I have extra ketchup extra mustard and extra pickles, I usually eat 1/2 the refridgerate it and reheat the rest later. And a small onion ring. If you were to eat the whole hamburger and all of the small onion rings it is 500 calories....but keep in mind that I am trying to gain a little wait due to the fact I barely ate for months and started wasting away. Don't get the salads cause they are not worth it. Otherwise my son and I split the burger shots (little mini burgers, I can eat 1 of those plus a small onion ring. This is all new to me as burgers used to make me sick and now they don't. Also keep in mind I am over 5 years out and way below surgeons goal weight for me. I am sure they have some sort of grilled chicken sandwich. Oh and also Burger king burgers aren't fried so they are not as greasy....to greasy doesn't agree with me.
