My role model! (long but really good)
Bear with me... long story, but so worth it!
I was out at a night club/bar called Drink downtown... and I get there, and there is this old couple there... 60s, 70s... and not the modern-dressed trendy type of older couple.
The guy sits down.. the woman is standing.. wish I could have gotten her photo... I'm talkin' gray hair, pleated tapered pants, peach-colored plaid dress shirt, women's loafers.. a typical granny.
Hip hop is playing loud, hoochie girls are grinding... and then... the old lady breaks into dance. O - M - G ! She untucks her shirt and ties it up so you can see her belly and nylons showing above her high-waisted pants.
This woman has the beat, pretty dang impressive moves and dances better and with more energy than half the people in the club. I love this woman... so eventually I join her. I teach her the Cupid Shuffle (now-a-day Electric Slide)... she picks up on it RIGHT away.
Then she pulls out a TENNIS HEADBAND... puts it on.. and really gets down! Everyone in the club is all about her... the guys are dancing with her, the girls are all over her, people are taking photos with her. I talk to her... her name is Karen, soft-spoken, sharp tiny woman who says she's 64 and loves to dance as a hobbie. She says it's her second time at the club. She dances (and her guy too for a little****il almost closing time. A Lil' Wayne (hip hop) song turns on.. she runs up to me and says, "Ooh ooh is this Madonna?!" I absolutely love this woman.
Seriously... I told her straight out, "You are my new role model." I want to be just like this woman when I'm her age!!!! I hope that I can be as fit and energized as she is... one can only hope!!

Hehe yep, she didn't seem to care at all that there were a bunch of sexual music videos playin... she was watching them, enjoying the music and just livin' it up!
