Hello all! What are we eating today?

Man... my portion sizes are tiny now with this fill.

B: 1/2 cup oatmeal
S: Coffee
L: Hot dog
D: Protein!




2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

B-eggw/bacon,cheese,peppers,mushrooms and onion
L-refried beans w/cheese
D-??? something on the grill (protein and veggies)
