Lap-Banded and Upper-Handed
Whew! I'm home from surgery! Dr. Pierce and all of the staff at Fairview Southdale were amazing. I'm feeling a little bit of pressure and discomfort, but I also have some liquid vikoden and nausea pills by my side.
I am thrilled to have the upper hand on losing this weight. I can't believe I'm on the other side of surgery already!
For those who don't have a date yet, or are still looking forward to surgery, just keep crossing those days off of the calendar one at a time. It really will happen sooner than you think.
