L: Fish, beets
D: Possibly sushi?

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Feeling really tired the last couple of days so I am upping my protein and B complex.

Commute~ Rootbeer float protein shake
B~ chocolate (w/fiber) protein shake
L~ Ham salad and Swiss cheese slice OR Starbucks soy latte
D~ fish and green beans

Last night I got home late and didn't feel like cooking so I picked up the New Oriental Sweet & Spicey boneless chicken wings from Wendy's. I had a bit of leftover rice that I warmed up to go with it. My tongue LOVED them, but grouchy pouchy said, "I don't think so!" and up it came. Oh well, good thing I don't mind the protein shakes.

B-1/2 slices of frozen pizza (so they were small)

S-a pickle spear, cheese stick

L-1/2 chicken budding sandwich, small bag of sour cream and onion chips, glass of milk

S-apple

D-probably a BK hamburger and onion rings

 

have had apple crystal light, CF diet coke and milk so far.

B: couple cups of coffee with chocolate protein powder for sweetner
L: the kids and I are going out so I shall look for fish and a salad
Sn: nuts of some sort
D: string cheese and crackers
Sn: deli meat slices
