Jess Update

As you many of you know Jess went to the hospital and thankfully she wasn't admitted.  Turns out her fever was from them placing heated blankets on her BEFORE taking her temp.  Dumb nurse. . We also know if our own sexy Sharyn was there this wouldn't of happened.  LOL

She had 6 liters of fluid removed. She wieighed 160 lbs when she got there and several hours later  she walked out at 135 lbs. She will most likely be doing this weekly and is on precautionary antibiotics until a complete diagnosis is made.

There is a chance she is going to need a liver transplant.....even if it's just a portion.  If you are a donor or interested please get tested and ask me for requirements.

Well that's it for now.  Jess will post when she is up to it.

omg...i posted the same thing on the R&R board that Jess visits too and damn...someone got pissy about me talking about organ donation.

Can you post more about Jess... I am not sure if she posts here or not... I haven't seen her anyway. What is she dealing with? Is she a RNYer? We'd love to send out some prayers for her! :) Thanks Tammy!

Why would someone get pissy about talking about organ donation?  Weird.

Wish I still lived there - I'd be a donor if I matched. Bless her - I'll be thinking about her. I knew her way back when.

HECK NO!  I don't think I could handle the winters anymore. I'm good with visiting this October (though of course I miss everyone and my family that's still up there).
