MON: How are you moving?

Happy Monday to all my dear friends!

It's a new week,  which means a great time to start an exercise routine. Perhaps you can find 5 minutes in your day - lunch time, before nap time? - to make an exercise for every day of the work week.

Here is the plan I have for today: go to the beach and swim!

How do you plan to move?

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

I rode 14 miles on my bike this morning.

I walked 4 miles at lunch time today.

Yep new week new attitude.......I had a super fun weekend with getting in exercise....

As soon as I'm done on here, I'm on my way out the door to go run/walk my 3 miles, I bought new running shoes, so I'm good to go.....I'm so pumped for this 5K......

Marty & I have made a schedule, M-W-F go for a run, T-TH-S go for a bike ride.....

Today I'm going on my 1 mile walk listening to Sugarland on the ipod
mopped all the floors already
parking as far as I can from any place I go so I have to walk a bit more.
Tonight at work I'll put together a short routine for the bowflex... I think it's lonely...
