MON: How are you moving?
Happy Monday to all my dear friends!
It's a new week, which means a great time to start an exercise routine. Perhaps you can find 5 minutes in your day - lunch time, before nap time? - to make an exercise for every day of the work week.
Here is the plan I have for today: go to the beach and swim!

Yep new week new attitude.......I had a super fun weekend with getting in exercise....
As soon as I'm done on here, I'm on my way out the door to go run/walk my 3 miles, I bought new running shoes, so I'm good to go.....I'm so pumped for this 5K......
Marty & I have made a schedule, M-W-F go for a run, T-TH-S go for a bike ride.....
