jelloWith protein added and oat meal for breakfast salmon patty for lunch  tomatoes for afternoon snack and home made spring rolls for dinner soy nuts for evening snack. High protein high fiber post op small meals can't eat much 4oz at a time only right now. supplementing with protein drink at end of day if not at least 60 gm protein in
