update on me
At 1 week post op, you don't need to worry about fat, unless it makes you dump. I have never done anything fat free, I use the regular stuff. But I have seen the fat free shredded cheese hanging right along with the light and regular cheeses.
More soft foods
Mashed potatoes
twice baked potatoes with cheese and sour cream
I ate small portions of baked talapia
malto meal
ripe bananas
soft cooked carrots
cup a soup (noodles are so small and tender)

You have been given some great ideas for foods, but follow whatever your program recommends too.
Watch out for too much sugar (and hidden sugars). After all this time, natural sugars do me in too. And watch for too many fat grams. Right now though, your job is to heal, rest and stay hydrated. Don't worry too much about protein, for now it's all about HYDRATION
