I'd love to change mine too, but it's been such a pain. What's the trick? I keep getting messages that my pic is to big. I shrink it down to a postage stamp and it still says it's to big.

Thanks everyone. I think I started losing again (don't have a scale at home per your suggestions) because I put on a pair of capri's that were tight last week and they fit great today!
