Thanks to my new pouch for kicking my ass

So I stayed home sick today after puking my dinner up last nite (tried an eggbake recipe and figured out that wasn't the thing to eat- only poached eggs for a long while again) and feeling qeezy and nasty all nite.. and even more so this morning. That's what I get for pushing the food envelop.. my new little pouch got pissed about it and said "I don't think so" and whipped my ass...

Thanks for keeping me in line pouchy...

I'm sorry your pouch had to lay down the law to you but suppose it is for the best.  Mine is waaay too laid back - let's me eat nearly anything and  meals are at least 4 oz.    My doc said not to worry, and the weight is coming off, but I think my pouch (or maybe me!) needs to get some backbone!   I think I must have a bit of "head hunger" because I ate a cold beef hot dog yesterday and that isn't even something I normally have more than once a year!

Yep!  that's what they are there for!  Even after 6 years, mine will bite back when I get too ****y.  The plumbing still works!

My worst dump still in 6 years was from a mini Twix and cherry Nyquil.  Oooo...I wished for a bullet that night!
