Elena, I'm really curious, what exactly are you eating that's Chinese and sushi?  Sushi is my absolute favorite food, and I know I'll be skipping the rice in the future and probably sticking with miso soup and sashimi.  As for Chinese food, my favorites are the really fattening things like cream cheese won tons (see ya!), shrimp lo-mein (bye!), and kung pao chicken (later!).  Are you doing steamed vegetables and brown rice?
