Hair Loss--it does come to an end!
I'm sure a lot of new post-ops are afraid of hair loss or are horrified that it's happening to them.
I'm glad to say that mine has finally stopped. Lasted for about 3-4 months. Got to the point where my hairstylist said, gee when's this going to end?
It just seemed to go on and on. I laughed when I first noticed it, because I knew it would probably happen. But then it just kept falling out. My bathroom looks like Cousin It was visiting.
But I've had minimal loss the last week and I actually have a bunch of new hair growing. It's so cute, about an inch or two long. I'm sure I'll look like a total dork when it grows another inch or so but I so don't care. I'm just glad to welcome it back to my head!
So don't despair, it will come back!
(Also, just a pet peeve, some people say you only lose your hair if you don't do your vitamins and protein. I did everything I was supposed to do. I still lost the hair.)
A bit less bald,
Anna

The hair loss does slow down, the hair re-growth does happen. Mine has come back in kinda crazy curly, unlike before! (haven't decided if I like it or not, but heck - I'll take it!)
One thing I noticed along the way was that there would be periodic stretches of hair loss again AFTER I thought it had stopped. I just decided that was a GOOD THING, that it must mean that after a stall/plateau, I'm losing again! And ya know what? That was usually the case!
YAY YOU!
