2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

B: Toast with p-butter and Jelly (Not worth the amount of calories it was)
L:  Chicken salad with a few grapes and cashews in it. 
s:  skim latte
s:  pretzels
D:   ?

I dont know, cause when I enter this on daily plate I'm already at 780 calories!  :O(   I guess I'm NOT eating the right things today!   Dang!  UGH
