Tuesday Coffee Talk
Good morning My OH Family!! I hope you slept as good as I did! Thank you God for 5 hours of sound sleep. Makes ya feel GOOD to sleep so sound. My Father....He's my REST (Matthew 11:28)
Our challenge for today goes with yesterday's challenge on our weight loss journey. If you have lost your focus, get it back. Today, our challenge is to stop eating things you shouldn't. Sure, you had weight loss surgery and didn't die (as I have heard it said) but, if you start those old habits, I have found by my own experience, you will pick them back up. If you play around a muddy river long enough, you will fall in. Stop those old habits you have picked up. Lay them back down and walk away. Get the junk food out of your house. Hard to do with kids in the house, but you don't have to take them in your BODY/HOUSE. Watch what you put in your mouth. IF you have to, make a diary of your daily eating. Write it down at night, then go back and look at it at the end of the day. Do you like what you ate? If not, only you can control that. Habits are hard to break, but they are breakable. FOCUS ON WHAT YOU ARE EATING! I know you can do this! I have faith in US! I'm doing this. Who is with me?
So, who's up this morning? What cha sippin' on? Me? I'm loving some awesome Trader Joe's Organic Coffee this morning. Sure is good too. Thanks Dayner D! Gotta love it!

Started my day off with 8 ounces of clear water,followed by 16 ounces of French vanilla coffee.
After the long Holiday weekend, it was time to get back to basics, having said that- No more junk for a couple of weeks I hope! I always say that with gritting my teeth, it is summer and so many activities are going on. Even over the Holiday I managed to eat what I call junk and lose a couple pounds, I know that will not always happen and I plan for those types of situations. I know the holidays will mean extra this and that and I cut back ahead of time to include for those extras. Then it is back on track on the return.
I know this logic doesn't work for everyone but for me it is still workable at this point. Feeling good about self and moving a lot this summer. Last summer not so much, got to love the freedom of movement WLS has allowed me to regain.
