Hello fine folks!

Today I plan to take a walk in the park. I took a little walk last night just around the block to clear my head... it helped.

How are you moving?

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Walk 30 minutes at Lunch today.  15 minutes out 15 minutes back.
Ride my bike 30 minutes+ after dinner.

We went for a 6 mile bike ride this morning.....:)

Plan to do some walking on our date night tonight....
