B:  Vitamins (Usual Regimine), Ultimate Protein Shake (from LifeCafe @Lifetime Fitness) w/Strawberry & Banana

L:  1/2 Serving of Buffalo Chicken Flatbread

D:  5 oz Asian Chicken Grill

S:  3 oz Cheese w/1 Wheat Cracker
