Midol question

Asking for a friend...has anyone taken Midol during that time of the month for water-weight gain, bloated feeling, cramps post-surgery?  Since it does not contain nsaids I assume it's ok???

Yep looks ok. It has tylenol in it:

Active ingredients (in each caplet)
Acetaminophen 500 mg. Pain reliever
Caffeine 60 mg. Stimulant
Pyrilamine maleate 15 mg. Diuretic

Actually, 2 versions of Midol have NSAIDS in them. The other 2 do not. She will need to be very careful to get the right kind.
