Hey all! I am planning to take a nice long walk today... possibly go to a park.

How are you moving?

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

I walked 2 miles this morning.  My legs are a bit rubbery from pushing myself hard on the bike last night

Rick, I curious. What time to you start walking or riding in the morning?  You get so much exercise in before and after work. How late do you walk or ride at night?  What kind of bike to you have? I have a 6speed Schwinn.  I love it.

I ride from 5:15 to 6:15 AM and after supper, usually from 7:30 to 8:30 AM.  I have a GT hybrid 21 speed that I really like.

No wonder you put on so many miles.  You must be really movin with that bike!

Hi Elena....

Doing my usual strengthening exercises twice a day. Walking as much as my hip will allow.

Took the dogs for a walk and hit the club.......10 minutes stair climber and 20 minutes ellipticle........streangth training too.  Switch diff.muscle groups every other day.
