Rick, I curious. What time to you start walking or riding in the morning? You get so much exercise in before and after work. How late do you walk or ride at night? What kind of bike to you have? I have a 6speed Schwinn. I love it.
Took the dogs for a walk and hit the club.......10 minutes stair climber and 20 minutes ellipticle........streangth training too. Switch diff.muscle groups every other day.
