I think the hard part for me is that I can find beauty in everyone! No matter what size, shape, color, etc. you are, I can find something positive in your or about you. When other people cannot do the same, I instantly feel for that person because I just know that they cannot have too many friends. Who seriously would want to be around someone that was such a jerk all the time? Nobody!

This guy has no real friends to speak of and all the neighbors feel the same about him. But I really hate when they cannot acknowledge you when you're MO, but they can when they view that you are thinner. That is what drives me bonkers the most. My outward appearance may have changed, but my heart & my personality have not.

Thanks for all your responses!

I loved your first post and liked what you said in your follow up.  I too believe that while I have changed physically, I am still the same Michael.  Kind, generous, and faithful to a fault.  Nothing is ever going to change that.  I must say that I don't necessarily love what I see in the mirroe when I am not wearing any clothes, but I do think I look damn good with them on!  I also know that my boyfriend thinks I am hot no matter what! :)

I am so proud of what you have accomplished on your journey!  My best wishes to you!

Michael
