B- Oatmeal (a few almonds and flax seeds added)

D Don't know yet........some sort of lean protein and fresh greens!  

I'm going to the little happy hour today for our dear Jen.....so I wil say it outloud here:    10 chips, if they are there and ONE glass of wine!
