Yogurt Question

I have a question on yogurt.  I need to find a brand of lowfat low cal yogurt that has no pieces of fruit or seeds in it.   My husband can have yogurt on his full liquid but it cannot have the seeds or fruit in it.   Anyone have any ideas?   I just don't want to go buy all kinds of brands before I find one that works.

If you have an Aldi's near by their light and fit Key Lime and Peach don't have chunks or seeds...very yummy.......plus its Aldi's so its CHEAP.

Unfortunately we do not have an Aldi's here.   I have bought him some that are not fruity since I figured they'd have nothing in them.  

How are you and the kids doing?   Our girls are getting soo big.

Well thats a bummer to not have Aldi's.  They have reduced my grocery bill by at least 40%.  Most of their stuff is really good.

The kids are doing awesome.  Jordan turned 10 on Sunday....man that makes me feel old.  Miss Bella thinks that because Jordan's birthday and my birthday are this week that it should be her birthday too.  Pretty funny.  She is running around telling everyone "Happy Dirtbay!"  She is all potty trained (thank goodness!).

Me on the other hand dealing with a little re-gain trying to get back on track.  Trying to be around here more and find a place to "fit in".  Anyone who says that surgery is the easy way out is full of beans!

So excited for your husband....hope everything continues to go well for both of you.

What's an Aldi's?

It is a discount grocery store.  They do not carry any national brands unless it is a special purchase.  It is all their "store" brand.  I believe their web site is www.aldi.com

I like the Dannon Light N Fit yogurt.  Some of those do have seeds or pieces of fruit in them, but most do not.  Maybe you could be his taste tester.
