It is off to the gym for me today.  I skipped yesterday because of a fasting blood draw (for my 1 yr. check up).  It will feel good to get back to it!

I rode my bike 13.6 miles in a light rain today.  The birds seemed to be singing more than usual this morning despite the weather.

I walked 3 miles at lunch time.  I had to remind myself that it was summer time. brrrr

I rode another 14 miles on my bike tonight.  Other than a little wind, riding conditions were perfect.

27 miles in one day! OMG.......You are going to have legs of steel......Good for you.....

7 miles has been my highest trek......

I'm going to go to a yoga class tonight at 8. ****ep waivering on it but I think if I tell you I'm going to do it, I am so much more likely to do it.)
