Had Surgery Wed - am home now!

I'm actually at the Eden Prairie Library! No internet service at home - the library was even closed this morning due to outages, etc.

Surgery was "textbook" - the first 48 hours were a tad rough, but it's amazing how quickly I'm feeling better. Got home Friday and today I'm out and about....don't know for how long as my nap will soon be calling me.

When I get back online at home, I will really feel more like sharing and be prepared for questions as I'm sure I'll have plenty.

Congrats!  I'm glad everything went well for your surgery!  Recovery can sometimes be rough but each day is a new day!  Welcome to the losing side! hahaha!

I am glad evertying went well, and I'm even happier to see you're up and about.  They say that is the best thing to improve the speed of recovery.

OH glad you posted.   I was wondering how you are doing.   Glad to hear things are going well.   My hubby had his on Wed as well (lapband) and came home Thursday.   He's doing pretty well too.   Keep us posted on how things are going.

I had to respond, you are exactly 1 yr from my date!   As I look back, there is nothing I regret with my WLS.... except I wish I would have followed the rules to a T for a bit longer!   Trying to get back on track is hard!   Get your water in and enjoy your new amazing life!
