4TH of July...
Plans are finally in place. Last summer I spent it in the ER. This year the plans are as follows:
Leaving Fargo Thursday and stopping in Albertville to see Daughter and her family. Might do an over nighter.
Friday heading into St Paul and on to Roberts Wisc.
Meet and greet the family and off we are on our own adventures.
We are bringing our bikes with and getting in some serious exercise time over the weekend.
Plan is to go to Como Park and ride around the lake, rent a paddle boat-troll the lake and ride to the conservatory/zoo and rest of the park. Bringing a picnic lunch with and sitting on the grass to enjoy some fun filled protein LOL.
The other plan is to stop in a see some of my friends who have not seen me yet, and some that have no clue I have had surgery. I love the shocked/surprised look on those who are not ready. The one friend I am going to knock on her front door with a book in hand, she will probably think I am a sales person or such LOL.
Anyways, those are our plans, Wisc is our crash/much needed resting pad, rest is out and about the cities. I will be the one at the park pushing my bike up the hills, I live in Fargo, we have no hills!! It will be a killer,that I look forward too. ( I would not of attempted or made these plans 10 months ago)!
