Here's my plan:
B: Leftover Chinese food
S: Coffee
L: Chicken, veggies
D: Indian food perhaps? We'll see

Breakfast:
Strong coffee lotsa lotsa 1/2 and 1/2 and splenda
EAS protein shake made with whole milk
Snack:
Atkins Protein bar (Tootsie Pop too)
Lunch:
Route 44 Diet Cherry Limeaide and a large Frito, Chili, Cheese Burrito with onion.
Supper:
Bo Dean chicken and Cheese bake (Paula Dean, no less)
Snack:
2-4 ounces of dry roasted peanuts
