Hello my friends! I am back in good old Minnesota and loving the cooler weather! I hope to be able to take a short walk.

How are you moving today?

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

I rode my bike 13.6 miles as the sun came up this morning.  What a beautiful morning!

I walked 3.5 or 4 miles at lunch time today...I kind of lost track of time as I did some exploring along the west bank of the Mississippi near the University of Minnesota.  It was fun, but the weather is a bit blustery for late June.

I plan on walking today and taking a bike ride, I will update later.....

On a side note, I have kept off 4 pounds that I lost, still need to lose 6 more......

Does weed wiping count? OMG, my arms are like jello.
 2 acres of tree's to weed wip......


I also walked outside today, not sure how far 2-3 miles....

Home from working the night shift.   Stopped by the gym on the way home.  20 minutes on the treadmill, most of it at 6% incline, leg machines and 7 minutes on level 4 eliptical.  Just started trying the eliptical last week.  Legs felt like jello after those 7 min.  Catching up on lurking and then sleep.  Hoping for sunshine later for a long dog walk.  Misty overcast outside so far.

I am hoping to have a surgery date by the end of this month.  I have to say you all inspire me.  I'm older than most of you (57), but hope to have an active life again.  I'm tired of being tired.

Hi Elena....

Having a broken hip sucks....I feel like the pounds are packing on...UGH!! I miss my exercise!! I can't stand on my scale to check it out either!

I walk around my place as much as I can with the aid of my walker.....grrrrrrr!!!
