Before and One year After Pictures: QED
That is one heck of a transformation in one year. I had never seen a pic of you before your surgery.
You are doing marvelous. And I thank you for posting about such personal stuff on the board. I may not post much but I am lurking on here a lot and your posts always make me laugh and think...sometimes even at the same time! But I appreciate the struggles you've gone through and I can definitely relate.
I hope things continue to keep going as well for you and that you keep sharing here on the board.
I've got to get to a Maple Grove coffee so I can meet you one of these days.

Rick,
You look great but I have only known "this" you so I've thought that all along. But to see the before pic is good for me to see it can be done!!! Oh and I dare you to wear that shirt to coffee sometime, you'll have the women there in a daze!!
Good job in a one year time frame. I hope I can only come close in the transformation.
Donna
That wouldn't be good, Donna. Women would be dropping shyt all over Byerly's. And that sweet little old lady who rings up all our deli purchases? Well, she might just expire right on the spot.
Nope, I vote he keeps his sleeves. It's for the greater good. Not that I can't handle myself...
