WED: How are you moving?

Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego? lol Well, where in the world is Elena... is more like it! I am in Mississippi tonight, making my way back up slowly. I hear the weather there sucks about as much as it does here (I'm not huge on temps in the 90s, LOL).
How are you moving today?
Elena,
So glad to see you post......You must be having a blast......
I haven't done any exercising in the past couple of days, this depression medicine has really kicked me in the arse and made me tired with no energy and nauseous where I don't eat much.......But today no matter how hard it seems, I'm getting on the treadmill. I will post later after I do it.....On the upside of not eating much I lost a few pounds this week.....

I rode my bike for 13.6 miles this morning. It was actually very pleasant, unlike last night when it was so blasted hot.
I just realized that I have ridden my bike over 100 miles in the last 5 days. A pretty modest accomplishment for those who are serious bicyclists, but for a guy who weighed almost 380 lbs 16 months ago, it seems like a miracle.
I walked 4 miles in the drippy excuse we had for weather at lunch time today. Despite what I might have expected, my thoughts were positive.
I rode another 13.6 miles on my bike tonight. It was perfect riding weather!
