Well since I'm so nauseous lately I don't eat much....

B- Strawberry/banana protein shake
L- Cranberry chicken wrap from Caribou
D- Ham & veggie
Snack- Banana/apple

Sm.Turtle Mocha from Caribou

B: 4T (or 1/4 cup) yogurt w/added protein
S: protein shake 4oz
L: 2-4T food processed turkey meatball w/cream soup & chicken broth
D: 1/4 c. cottage cheese

All sipping on Isopure botled drink throughout my day to up my protein..not so great.. but gotta do it!
