The things that are less, the things that are more, following weight loss:

The things that are less....
1)   Less food to feel full
2)   Less alcohol to feel buzzed
3)   Less money on groceries or eating out
4)   Less of me
5)   Less comments about being fat from little kids
6)   Less seat belt needed on airplanes (less traveling stress overall)
7)   Less winded walking up a flight of stairs
8)   Less time to walk around the lake
9)   Less clothes that fit
10) Less excuses to not go dancing
11) Less time waiting for a table at a restaurant because booths are an option now
12) Less effort to get out of bed in the morning




The things that are more....
1)   More doctor visits
2)   More venipunctures
3)   More specialists
4)   More pills
5)   More friends
6)   More comments on whats left of me
7)   More leftovers
8)   More Self esteem
9)   More rollercoasters!
10) More sensitivity to health concerns in me and others
11) More attention to and from opposite sex
12) More of what LIFE offers taken advantage of
