I hit the 100lb milestone this week.  I wanted to weigh 3 days in a row to make sure it wasn't an aberration.  But its TRUE.

I feel great and so thankful for this tool I was given.  I exercise at least 6 days a week and stay away from carbohydrates and focus on lean protiens with fruits and veggies.  Its amazing the weight comes off when you do everything right!  I LOVE IT!!  I was even able to get off my high cholesterol meds this past month. I thought it take longer then 5 1/2 months.  I am down to a size 10 (from a 20) I weigh 173 lbs (Highest 273).

I rarely post, I am a lurker,; but I just wanted to share, because even though I don't comment I still read your thoughts/concerns/ideas/encouragement and it helps me!  So thank you all for your wisdom and kindness.

What is your favorite form of exercise? What keeps you motivated?

I am doing a walk/jog about 3 to 4 miles per day.  I have practicing Yoga for about 3 months now and LOVE IT.  Been trying to do more Yoga at home.  It beats lifing weights which I personally don't do very well.

What keeps me motivated?  Being recently single again?  (he he he)
