Looks like Elena is in Florida today on her adventure......So I will keep this thread up for her....

I went for a morning walk early this morning with my coffee in hand, birds chirping, Turkeys calling each other, it was very peaceful.....We plan to take a family bike ride tonight......

I walked on the treadmill 30 min. for  1.740 miles and burned 309.7 cal.

How are you moving?

I will be doing a 2-hour walk to the pyramids today.  We have been told that it is a beautiful area and I am truly looking forward to it!!  I will be bringing lots of water and 50 SPF sunscreen!!  The hills here are definitely helping me build leg muscles!

I rode my bike for 13.6 miles again this morning.  All I can say is that it was, as usual, a wonderful experience.

I hope to be able to walk outdoors at lunch time today if it isn't raining.

I walked 4 miles at lunch time today.  I walked past a couple of guys of my former size and I wanted to tell them that life can be better, but I didn't figure that it was my business to intervene, so I just motored on.
