Just Wanted To Say Hi

Thanks for the info, I did sleep last night and no bad dream.  I feel much better today more like my old self.  I seldom have a bad dream but that was a doozy, I dreamt that my son died.  He works in a job where that can and does happen.  I am one of those people that sometimes think or dream things then they happen so it really rattled me.  I didn't hear from him all day yesterday which didn't help.  I got an e-mail from him today so I feel better.  I am so glad I slept and if the sleep problems keep happening I will ask the Dr about the Trazadone.
