SUN: How are you moving?

Happy Sunday to you all! I crossed over from Kansas to Missouri today... tomorrow will be a day of traveling. I hope to move as much as I can during that time.

How are you moving?

Today we are going to be in a rural city and staying with families.  My best guerss is that there will be lots of walking again today.  The hills of Cuernavaca are kind of kicking my butt!!  The uneven sidewalks don´t help much either!!

I LOVE my new bike...I'm getting good use out of it.....We went for a family bike ride this morning, Marty bought a Piccalo tag along bike for Marek, it connects to Marty's bike.

We went 7.13 miles for 38 minutes. And also stopped to visit with the neighborhood friendly horse. We plan to take another bike ride tonight......

Well, we biked another 6.57 miles tonight.....For a total of over 13 1/2 miles for the day....

I walked just over 3 miles in the north woods today.  Along the way I saw a hawk, wood ducks, a blue heron, a pelican, and an osprey.  There were also some turtles burying their eggs on the shoulder of the dirt road and a chorus of frogs in the swamps.  The weather was wonderful and I had on so much bug spray that i didn't get one mosquito bite.
