The  stall, that is.  After  being stuck at the same weight for over 5 week, the scale  as finally started moving again!    My BMI is  no longer 'obese'- just 'overweight'!      I changed my avatar picture to more accurately reflect my appearance.  Just love those 'neck  bones'-- seriously, who knew clavicles could be so attractive?

congratulations!!!!! I know how exactly you feel.I was stuck at the same weight for about 1 1/2 months. i was  discouraged and mad at the scale. However my good friend told me that i,ve done so good and to be patient.I took his advice and the scale moved.down 10 more lbs.Through our journey different things will happen and  just to bear with the stalls and not to give up, but to have faith and beliefIt looks like you,ve done great so keep up the good work!!!!!!!Tracy R

OMG Pam!  Look at you!  You look so awesome!  I can't wait to see you at a coffee again and get a chance to visit and hear how things have been going for you.  Congrats on the stall break!  I can totally relate.  Almost to goal and my body is like, "Nope, you can't have those pounds, sorry!"  Darn it all!  But, I am so close and feel so awesome!  Hugs to you!
