B- Strawberry protein shake
L- Tuna Salad on lettuce
D- Tilapia fish, veggie
Snack- Cantaloupe, Bananna

Lots of water, cuppa coffee in the morning

I lost another pound, 4 down.....6 more to go of the weight I had gained......YAY....

Only 4 more days left of pre-op LD (and omg i'm so tired of it!!!) can't wait for my pureed diet so i can eat some yogurt and cottage cheese! lol

am: 6oz OJ
        8oz protein shake
L: SF pudding w/added protein powder
    8oz Protein shake
D: 8oz chicken broth w/added protein
     no sugar added applesauce
snack: sf pudding w/protein added

and lots of water/crystal light!!!
