Running Up Steps....Me?
Since my weight stabilized several months ago, I have to look for WOWs in the new things I can do or progress I make on the emotional front. So, I work in downtown Minneapolis and I walk a few miles just about every day at lunch time. Most of the routes I take require me to climb 50 to 100+ steps by the time I return to my office. For some odd reason I have taken to running up those steps two at a time. I have only tripped a few times and those incidents were due to runners actually slowing me down. While I am slightly winded after the longer climbs, my recovery is pretty quick. I think back to where I was a year and a half ago and if I had attempted to run up 25 steps at a time, I first would have had to hire a stuctural engineer to determine if the steps could handle my weight and I would have also needed paramedics on standby in case I collapsed in the process. I can't believe how far I have come!

Progress is grand! Congrats!
You take those wow moments whenever and however you can. You show such determination, I love it!
Now, let us take a moment and really talk about why your arse is on fire... LOL It is all the step running, stop blaming the bike seat/foot peddle thingies.
Sorry it was just right out there had to say it LOL
Keep up the good work.
