For some reason Paranoid and Iron Man by Black Sabbath have been running through my head today, although it is the guitar music rather than the words that are stuck there.  Weird.

Despite the medical drama of the day, Darius Rucker's "Alright" has been stuck in my head for about three days. It's a fantastic, happy song. ;D

For me Shackles, Praise You..by Mary Mary....this song ALWAYS lifts my spirits when I am down and lifts them higher when I am already there!!!! When my knee heels up I plan on dancing to it again!!!! Good Workout!!! just sayin...

I don't have a song on my mind per se...but I have a phrase of the lyrics that I can't get outta my head...

"I don't know if I can yell any louder!!!"

The silly thing is that I didn't even know that those were the words in the song until my "auto-pilot" kicked in and started singing the lyrics....what is my sub-conscious up to anyway??? Things that make you go hmmmm....?????
