Elena is still on the move, so I am posting this thread again.  I walked 2.5 miles this morning.  For a few minutes the sky was a delightful mix of hot pink and bright blue.  What a lovely start to the day!

I plan to walk at lunch time.  It would be nice to see some mid-day sunshine again.  So, how are you moving today?

I walked 4 miles at lunch time.  The weather was perfect.

RP,

If I had a punching bag I would use it.....It's a rough start to this morning....Last night wasn't the best either......

Once I'm done with an appt. I have today I plan to go on a long bike ride and workout on my home gym.

I went for a 3 mile bike ride, saw so many Red winged black birds in the swamp grass, hearing there beautiful singing as I biked was calming.....

Kelly:

I have found that pounding away on the pedals of my bike until I can barely breathe or doing some kind of informal interval training (alternating high intensity effort with relatively low intensity effort) is a great way to dissipate any frustration or anger I am feeling.  Even if it doesn't work entirely, by the end of such sessions I still feel good about having gotten some exercise.

Enjoy your ride!

I headed off to the gym for some eliptical, weight training, and cycling.  I am still amazed that I like the feeling of being sweaty!  I will be heading back this evening for a second light workout with some friends.  One of the women is teaching us how to tango and do the rumba!!  Let's hear it for my two left feet!!

I leave for Mexico in the morning, but was told we will get in 3 - 4 miles per day.  Otherwise there are gyms that we can pay a daily fee to use.  We shall see what happens!

Enjoy the day!
