Finally got word

Well i finally word of why they havent reviewed my psych eval it looks like when it was faxed it was missing some pages and it was faxed 5/28/09.  I wonder if i wasnt so persistant and always calling i wonder would of ever know that the psych eval was missing pages so i called the pysch office and they said they was going to refax that over again to HCMC.  So hopefully the ball can get rolling.

I think because they process so many things per day they don't always achieve the follow-up we'd like them to have. It's good that you checked on it.  I asked my psych's office to call after they faxed it.  A few hours later I called my surgeon's office to make sure they received it and they did!  I called the insurance to make sure they received it (of course they said "it's in review").

It's great that you checked!  Nothing like knowing what's going on.
