Monday: What are you eating today?

Since Elena is traveling . . .

For the last week or so I've been posting my horrible eating and today the scale confirmed it.  After consistantly loosing 4 lbs a week I lost only 2 lbs in the last 2 weeks.  This would be fine with me except I know it's because I haven't been eating well.  Anyway, here's today's tally.

B: 1/2 egg, veggie sausauge
S: peanuts with m&m's
L: 3/4 taco, 5 bites of potato
S: 5-6 bites of chicken
D: 5 fries, 1/4 grilled cheese, 4 bites corn dog
S: 5 crackers

Wow, just reading this makes my stomach hurt; breakfast was the only good thing about the day.

Thank you so much for posting this! I ate a whole lot of crap today. It's hard eating well on the road. I'm afraid I'll be up a few... a lot.. of pounds when I get back.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.
