Day 7 of LD--1/2 way point

Well, I actually made it to day 7. I am at the1/2 way Hasn't been to bad--except when hubby ate a brownie dessert with choc. syrup on it--sitting right next to me. Or when we went to pick the girls up from horse camp--he goes thru drive thru at Mc Donalds--boy did those fries smell good. I just told him that there will be pay back some time.

I have lost about 5 lbs.

I PREDICT - the day will come when McDonalds fries smell WRETCHED to you!  (I know they do to me these days!  All that grease and starch?  NO THANK YOU!!)

1/2 way to your re-birthday!  WOO HOO!!!

Way to go Sharin!!!   Good habits and staying on program now will show great results and better hearned habits in the future!!!

If smells of food bother you, like they did me, I put Vicks Vaporub under my nose.  It works!!

Congratulations, Sharin.  I'm right there with you, one week left :)  I should have had Vicks at work today when they were having a pizza party.  LOL, I would have slathered myself.
