Onederland...skeptical no more

199 today. Finally.  I can't believe there's a 1 before the other numbers now. I've not seen a 1 on the scale at the beginning since well...fill in the blank. When was the last time you saw a one before the other numbers on the scale?

For me it has been a very long time.  This surgery is an incredible tool!  I definitely have a renewed energy to go further on this journey.  More important than the number on the scale is the fact that I feel better, have less aches and am on my way to a healthier lifestyle.   I am excited to see my labwork at my first follow up appt this month.

Congratulations!!  Onderland is so far in my past, I can't even remember it!!  You're doing great!  Let us know how the lab work goes!  Keep up the great work!

I believe I was 17 - which is about 25 years ago...  when I last saw Onederland.

I'm so excited for you.  Even though my surgery is only a week away, I cannot imagine being in Onederland.. It's so awesome of you to share that feeling with the rest of us!

For me it has been about 8 years but it was for a brief period (the divorce diet, LOL)

So cool!  You've worked hard to achieve this wonderful moment.  Bask in the glory.  And more to come!  Congrats.

Good for You! Every time we hit a new milestone it pumps us up to get to the next one. I was so excited when I reched the 200's. So congrats and enjoy the moment.

I'm right on your heels and it's an amazing feeling to close in on Onederland.

Thanks for all of the positive comments! I really appreciate it.  I had my 3 month check a little early because of scheduling and I have to step up the exercise but the most amazing things are the lab numbers.  I do not think my cholesterol has been under 200 or close to it in years and now it is closer to 100 than 200......I really hope they tested my blood....just hard to believe! ; )
