still waiting

Well since im still waiting and nobody is returning my calls from HCMC i wonder can you switch your paperwork to another clinic because just thinking that if they cant returns calls back what happens if i can have surgery and they cant returns calls if i have issues or complications

Who are you calling at HCMC? I had trouble getting ahold of Jessica (insurance person) but she did eventually call me back. You could also try calling Susan (not sure of her last name), she's the one who does the scheduling.

I guess they waiting on Dr hartley to look over the eval so im going to call Dr hartley this morning personally this morning and she what up because jessica was suppose to talk to him and them return my phone call yesterday before the end of the day and she didnt return my phone yet.

Mine was different, I had the Emily Program in St. Paul do my psych eval. I hope you get ahold of them!

Since i have health partners insurance i could use the emily program because i needed a referral and health partners denied the referral since they have clinic that off the services so had my psych eval done at regions maplewood and i was able to get in early and they faxed the eval to hcmc last thursday and just waiting on slow HCMC i guess Dr hartley is behind in paperwork i think he need to hire assistant to get him caught up.  I just hope that follow up care is not this poor and slow returning phone calls if i have questions or complication just make you wonder

Are you having Dr. Hartley do your surgery or Dr. Lederer like me? Sorry you're having to wait so long, I'm not a patient person at all!

Dr. Hartley Doesnt perform surgery.  Sometimes it seems to take forever, but once you get the ball rolling there it's not too bad, I think I waited 2 weeks for my surgery approval to go through.  My hubby is an RN and he got through to the insurance company and they approved it, so he called the hospital, they didnt have the approval yet, so we had to wait awhile, but in the end it was worth it.  Dr. Lederer is great!

Dr. Lederer  is performing the surgery but i guess dr hartley is the one *****views the psych eval before they submit your paperwork to the insurance.
