Today's plan....
B: Leftovers
L: Peanuts

I am on Day 5 of the Plateau Diet, and it's going very well, for the most part. This is what I am eating today:
B: 1 hard boiled egg and 3 slices turkey bacon
S: 1/2 c. 1% cottage cheese
L:2 oz. Cabot reduced fat cheddar cheese slices and 3 slices Hilshire Farms Deli Select turkey
S:1/2 can plain tuna fish, with a little s&p for flavor
D: 3/4 of a bnls/sknls grilled chicken breast, marinated in Italian dressing
S: 1/2 can tuna fish (with s&p for flavor)
Also...not forgetting my 2 qts of h2o each day...that is enough to keep me full by itself..lol
